[04-21-2026] Riverside County, CA – Three Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash Involving Tractor-Trailer in Jurupa Valley

Three people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision involving a tractor-trailer in Jurupa Valley on Tuesday afternoon, April 21, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 3:33 p.m. on the westbound Pomona (60) Freeway at Valley Way.

Authorities stated that a tractor-trailer, several sedans, and a pickup truck were involved in the collision in the middle lanes of the freeway. The semi-truck became disabled, blocking multiple lanes, while debris and fluids from the other vehicles spread across the roadway, leading to a full closure of the westbound lanes.

Riverside County Fire Department crews arrived shortly after 4 p.m. and found all occupants outside of their vehicles. Three individuals sustained minor injuries and were transported to Riverside Community Hospital in stable condition.

A SigAlert was issued at approximately 3:54 p.m., and all lanes were reopened around 5:10 p.m. after crews cleared the scene.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
