[04-26-2023] Head-On Collision in Cajon Pass Kills Two Drivers InstantlyTwo people died on the spot after a head-on collision at Cajon Pass in San Bernardino County Wednesday afternoon, April 26, 2023.

According to San Bernardino County Fire Department, the tragic incident happened around 1:30 p.m. on Cajon Boulevard at Keenbrook Road.

The vehicles involved in the collision were a white pickup truck and a gray sedan. There are no passengers on both vehicles.

Despite the airbags deploying, both drivers were declared dead on the spot.

Both directions of Cajon Boulevard were closed for several hours.

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and the California Highway Patrol are investigating the cause of the accident.
