[05-09-2022] Riverside County, CA - Pedestrian Killed in a Deadly Hit-and-Run Crash in Moreno ValleyA 42-year-old man identified as Mario Z. was killed following a suspected hit-and-run crash near 60 Freeway on May 9, 2022.

The victim’s remains were found at approximately 12:40 a.m. along the southbound lanes of Pigeon Pass Road, just south of Hemlock Avenue.

The victim sustained traumatic injuries, and authorities believe it resulted from a traffic collision. The driver that hit the victim was nowhere to be found.

Authorities are actively searching for the suspect’s identity and whereabouts. An active investigation is currently underway.
