[05-14-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Fatal Car Crash in Whittier Results in Two Deaths

Two people were killed following a deadly crash in Whittier early Saturday morning, May 14, 2022.

The fatal collision transpired at approximately 1:15 a.m. on Whittier Boulevard, just west of the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway.

A collision occurred on the roadway between two red and black sedans. The circumstances surrounding the accident are unknown.

Both vehicles sustained major front-end damage. Emergency personnel had to cut up one of the vehicles to extricate one person.

Unfortunately, two people were pronounced dead at the scene. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.

An active investigation of the case is currently underway. They will attempt to determine the factors and liability in the crash.
