[05-21-2023] Riverside County, CA – One Person Killed, Two Others Injured Following Two-Vehicle Crash in Lake Elsinore

One person was killed, and two others were injured following a two-vehicle crash in Lake Elsinore on Sunday morning, May 21, 2023.

The California Highway Patrol reported that at 6:01 a.m., an officer was dispatched into a collision that occurred around 5:30 a.m. on State Route 74 westbound, just east of Hammack Avenue.

The Riverside County Fire Department reported that paramedics sent one victim to the hospital with moderate injuries. Another person with minor injuries was assessed at the scene but refused further treatment.
