[05-27-2023] San Bernardino County, CA – 64-Year-Old Man Killed Following Multi-Vehicle Collision Along Mayfield Avenue

A 64-year-old man identified as Bacardo A. was killed following a multi-vehicle collision in San Bernardino on Saturday morning, May 27, 2023.

According to the San Bernardino Police Department, at around 10:27 a.m., officers responded to the incident at W. Baseline Street and N. Mayfield Avenue.

Authorities stated that the 64-year-old man drove a Toyota that a Dodge hit. He was taken to St. Bernadine Medical Center and was pronounced dead at 11:40 a.m.

The officials provided no additional information about the possible number of victims or the other vehicle involved. It’s unclear whether alcohol or drugs played a factor in the collision.
