[06-04-2022] Santa Barbara County, CA - One Person Injured After a Motorcycle Accident in Los AlamosOne unidentified person was seriously hurt following a motorcycle crash in Los Alamos on Saturday evening, June 4, 2022.

The accident transpired at approximately 6:00 p.m. near Bell and Waite Streets in Los Alamos.

A motorcycle rider and another vehicle collided on the roadway under unclear circumstances. How the accident occurred and why it happened have not been established.

The 27-year-old motorcycle rider was seriously injured in the mishap. He was airlifted via Calstar medical helicopter to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital to receive treatment.

The other driver remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with authorities. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.

The California Highway Patrol is further investigating the case.
