[06-14-2022] Santa Clarita County, CA - Deputy Hurt After a Multi-Vehicle Crash in SaugusA motorcycle deputy was hurt after a traffic collision involving multiple vehicles in Saugus on Tuesday morning, June 14, 2022.

The accident transpired at approximately 9:25 a.m. on Copper Hill Drive near Tupelo Ridge Drive in Saugus.

A motorcycle and two other vehicles collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

The deputy sustained moderate injuries in the accident and was taken to an area hospital to receive treatment. No other injuries were reported.

An active investigation of the case is currently underway.
