[06-15-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Several Children Rescued Following Car Crash in South LA Apartment Building

Several children sustained minor injuries and were rescued after a vehicle crashed into a two-story apartment building in South Los Angeles on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.

The collision occurred just before 7:00 p.m. near the intersection of 95th and San Pedro streets.

When officers arrived, they discovered a dark-colored car that had collided with the building’s outdoor staircase.

According to authorities, the vehicle was blocking access to several apartments on the second floor.

According to a video obtained by local news, several children were rescued on a ladder.

Meanwhile, no information about the vehicle’s driver has been made public.

The crash remains under investigation.
