[06-20-2023] Tulare County, CA – 32-Year-Old Man Killed Following Two-Vehicle Collision in Visalia

A 32-year-old man was killed after a two-vehicle collision caused him to be hit by his vehicle in Visalia on Tuesday evening, June 20, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on Highway 99, north of Avenue 328, around 10:00 p.m.

The man was heading southbound on the highway when he overturned to the left and crashed into a wall. The driver exited the vehicle and stood on the driver’s side. Another vehicle heading southbound struck the first vehicle, sending it spinning into the victim.

The man was brought to a hospital but was later pronounced dead. The other driver was also brought to a hospital, but the injuries are unknown.

The identities of both drivers were not officially released.

It is uncertain whether drugs or alcohol contributed to this incident.
