[06-30-2023] One Person Died Following Hit-And-Run Crash in AdelantoOne person died following a hit-and-run crash in Adelanto early Friday morning, June 30, 2023.

According to the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station, the fatal crash happened around 6:00 a.m. on Chamberlaine Way near US-395.

A 24-year-old man was found injured on the ground after a driver struck him and drove away. First responders aided the victim, who was later declared dead at the scene.

The identity of the victim remains undisclosed, while information on the hit-and-run suspect is still unavailable.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is currently conducting an investigation into the fatal crash.
