A father suspected of DUI was killed while his daughter was injured after a two-vehicle collision in Linden, San Joaquin County, on Friday afternoon, June 30, 2023.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on Duncan and Comstock Road around 2:30 p.m.
The father drove their vehicle through a stop sign. A second vehicle then struck their vehicle.
The father was pronounced dead at the scene, while his daughter was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. It is uncertain whether the occupants of the second vehicle sustained injuries.
