[07-11-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – Four People Injured After Vehicle Crashed Into Parked Cars in Boyle Heights

Four people were injured after a vehicle crashed into three parked cars in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning, July 11, 2023.

The Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the accident on the 3500 block of East 8th Street near South Spence Street before 12:30 a.m.

Four people were injured when the dark-colored vehicle crashed into three parked cars. All the victims were still inside the vehicle when the rescuers came, and they were transported to a local hospital, sustaining various injuries. There has been no disclosure of the identities of those involved in the accident.

The suspect’s car was involved in a canceled short pursuit. The vehicle reportedly fled from officers attempting a traffic stop. It is a felony to evade a traffic stop, so the driver was eventually arrested.
