[07-11-2023] Four People Injured Following Hit-And-Run Collision in Yucca ValleyFour people were injured following a hit-and-run collision in Yucca Valley, San Bernardino County, early Tuesday afternoon, July 11, 2023.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the collision happened around 1:33 p.m. near Onaga Trail and Hopi Trail.

A 32-year-old driver named Cory B. hit two vehicles from behind and yelled that he did not have a driver’s license before leaving the scene.

The two vehicles had two occupants in each vehicle. One had a 22-year-old and a 20-year-old from Morongo Valley, while the other one had a 48-year-old and 13-year-old from Twentynine Palms.

All four reportedly sustained unknown injuries, but no one was treated at the scene.

Barnhart was later arrested for hit-and-run with injuries and was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail.
