[07-12-2022] Orange County, CA – One Person Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash in Lake Forest

According to the California Highway Patrol, one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Lake Forest on Tuesday, July 12, 2022.

The crash occurred at 12:34 p.m. on 5 Freeway in Lake Forest.

The CHP reported that at least one person was hurt and that traffic on the northbound Interstate 5 freeway through Lake Forest was backed up for miles.

The collision injured at least one person. The injured person’s condition is not yet disclosed.

The crash was reported when a white minivan that was in the carpool lane of the freeway close to Lake Forest Drive stalled, leading to the crash.

The CHP officers are still investigating the crash.
