Award-Winning Premises Liability Injury Attorneys for Victims in Palm Springs

Property owners are responsible for accidents and injuries that occur on their properties. If they fail to correct a known hazard, they have breached the duty of care owed to those who enter the property.

Supposing the plaintiff establishes these elements and causality (that the defendant’s breach of the duty of care directly caused the plaintiff’s injuries), the defendant would be liable for the plaintiff’s damages. Under the doctrine of premises liability, they would have a strong case against the property owner in that situation.
