[07-27-2023] Fountain Valley RV Crash Involving Honda and Utility Pole Hospitalizes Two DriversTwo drivers were hospitalized after an RV crash involving a Honda and a utility pole in Fountain Valley on Thursday, July 27, 2023.

The Fountain Valley Police Department responded to the accident on Newland and an unidentified cross street, possibly Talbert, at an unspecified time.

According to local authorities, a medical emergency could have occurred while one of the drivers was traveling. The RV appears to have crashed into a utility pole, while the Honda’s back was destroyed, perhaps resulting from a rear-end collision.

Despite the vehicle’s damage, both drivers are stable after being transported to the hospital. There has been no disclosure of their identities.

As the Fountain Valley Police secured traffic during the investigation, emergency personnel and fire crews from Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley assisted the victims.
