Los Angeles Construction Accident Lawyers

According to California law, the only way to make a claim against your employer is through workers’ compensation, a type of no-fault insurance. Any business in the construction industry must maintain a no-fault policy covering workers’ compensation for its employees. Insurance is required and covers all employees. Because it is “no-fault” coverage, you do not have to show that your employer committed wrongdoing to receive benefits when you file a claim.

It would be more difficult if you were hurt while working as a construction worker. Depending on the circumstances, workers who sustain work-related injuries may be eligible for compensation from a variety of sources.

Unfortunately, some construction accident lawyers frequently ignore this vital fact. It implies that the injured worker receives less money than what California law would have required.
