The BNSF Railway Police responded to the accident on West Valley Boulevard and North Pennsylvania Avenue around 12:01 p.m.

The cause of the accident is not yet determined, but a pedestrian was found fatally injured at the scene due to the accident’s impact. She was identified as 45-year-old Yolanda S. from Colton.

There is no further information about the crash yet.

Authorities are still conducting their investigation.
