[08-12-2023] One Person Died After Three-Vehicle Collision in Alessandro BoulevardOne person was killed following a collision involving three vehicles on Alessandro Boulevard in Riverside on Saturday morning, August 12, 2023.

The California Highway Patrol received a call at 1:36 a.m. regarding the incident on the Alessandro Boulevard offramp of the 215 Freeway.

According to the report, a white Tesla and a Kia sedan were traveling at high speeds and collided with the rear of a semi.

Tragically, one person died in the accident and was declared deceased at the scene.

The Riverside County Fire Department was summoned to extricate an individual from one of the vehicles.

Due to the wreckage, debris was scattered across the lanes, leading to the closure of four lanes on the freeway.

The investigation is ongoing.
