A motorcycle rider suffered severe injuries after a motor-vehicle crash in Palm Springs Thursday evening, August 18, 2022.

The collision happened around 8 p.m. at the intersection of North Farrell Drive and East Via Escuela.

The Palm Springs Police Department has reported an accident involving a motorcycle and another vehicle.

According to the police, the motorcycle rider was not breathing when they arrived. The patient was taken to a hospital by EMS personnel while suffering from severe wounds.

Local authorities considered that neither drugs nor alcohol contributed to the collision.
