The Palm Springs Police Department has reported an accident involving a motorcycle and another vehicle.

According to the police, the motorcycle rider was not breathing when they arrived. The patient was taken to a hospital by EMS personnel while suffering from severe wounds.

Local authorities considered that neither drugs nor alcohol contributed to the collision.

Investigations were still ongoing to determine what caused the collision.
