[08-18-2023] San Diego County, CA – At Least One Injured Following Two-Vehicle Head-On Collision in Fallbrook

At least one was injured following a head-on collision involving two vehicles in San Diego County on Friday evening, August 18, 2023.

The California Highway Patrol and North Central Fire Protection District responded to the accident near 4461 S. Mission and Reins Therapeutic Horsemanship around 6:17 p.m.

The cause of the crash is unknown, but it involves a black Ford Mustang and a white Honda Accord. The two cars collided head-on, causing one person to be injured.

According to reports, the victim sustained severe injuries. There is no information as to whether or not they were hospitalized.

There has been no disclosure of the identities of those involved.

An investigation is currently underway.
