According to the San Jose Police Department, a motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a car in San Jose on Wednesday afternoon, August 24, 2022.
According to the police, the collision occurred on Wednesday around 12:10 p.m. on Monroe Street and Moorpark Avenue, where a car and a motorcycle collided.
The motorcycle rider was taken to a nearby hospital and later died.
A juvenile passenger in the car suffered “moderate” injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The police did not specify the type of vehicle involved in the crash.
