[09-14-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – A Worker Died and was Trapped in a Ditch After a Workplace Accident in the South Gate

Authorities reported that a worker died after a workplace accident after being trapped in a ditch at a construction site in the South Gate neighborhood on Wednesday morning, September 14, 2022.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department reported the accident at around 11:20 a.m. in the 10000 block of West Frontage Road.

The worker was declared dead on the spot.
