[10-04-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – 32-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By Vehicle in Hollywood

A 32-year-old man was killed after being struck by a vehicle while crossing Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood on Sunday night, October 4, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident occurred at around 10:56 p.m. at Hollywood Boulevard and Cherokee Avenue.

Police said the man was walking in a crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle. Emergency personnel attempted to provide lifesaving treatment, but the pedestrian died at the scene.

Authorities said the woman driving the vehicle was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

The investigation remains ongoing.
