The man that was fatally injured in the two-vehicle collision in Lancaster that transpired Friday, October 7, 2022 has been already identified by the authorities.
According to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office, Frank G., 31, resident of Apple Valley was the victim.
In an unincorporated area near Lancaster, at Avenue J and 140th Street East. Garcia was driving west on Avenue J in his Chevrolet Silverado with two other people in the car. He was getting close to 140th Street East.
The California Highway Patrol says that this happened when the driver of a white Nissan Frontier stopped at a two-way stop sign “failed to yield the right-of-way and entered the intersection.”
The left front of the Nissan hit Garcia’s truck, which turned over several times before stopping on the dirt shoulder of Avenue J going east.
Because of the accident, Garcia was seriously hurt and died at the scene.

An unidentified man died in a fatal two-vehicle collision in the Lancaster region on Friday, October 7, 2022.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 7:00 a.m. at 140th Street East and East Avenue J.
The identity of the man who had been fatally injured was not immediately known.
The identity of the victim has yet to be disclosed. The circumstances leading up to the crash are still unknown.
The crash remains under investigation.
