Fatal Rollover Crash Statistics
Rollovers are some of the most dangerous accidents that can occur on the road. They frequently result from a driver losing control of their vehicle and can cause serious injuries or even death.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that rollover accidents contributed to almost 10% of all traffic fatalities in 2018. Rollover collisions are costly as well as dangerous. According to a study by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, the average annual cost of these accidents in terms of property damage, medical expenses, and lost productivity is $12 billion.
