[10-14-2022] One Person Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash Involving RSO Deputy in Moreno ValleyOne person was injured following a two-vehicle crash in Riverside on Friday, October 14, 2022.

The accident occurred on a Friday in Moreno Valley.

Cal Fire Riverside County Moreno Valley and the Moreno Valley Station of the Riverside County Sheriff both responded to a crash involving a deputy.

A Nissan Versa crashed into it when an RSO deputy was responding to a call using code 3.

Riverside’s California Highway Patrol was called to take over the investigation. It is still unclear who was at fault in the accident.

The Nissan’s driver did sustain injuries, but it’s not known if they were taken to a hospital.

There are currently no additional details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
