[10-15-2023] Orange County, CA – Male Pedestrian Killed After Hit-And-Run Collision in Santa Ana

A male pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle in Santa Ana on Sunday evening, October 15, 2023.

The Orange County Police Department responded to reports of the incident around 10:00 p.m. in lanes on East Warner Avenue, east of South Brookhollow Drive.

When authorities arrived at the area, they found an adult male down in lanes and pronounced dead on the scene. The suspect who struck the pedestrian reportedly fled the scene.

All lanes of East Warner Avenue between South Brookhollow Driver and Pullman Street were closed for several hours while police investigated the incident.
