[10-16-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Fatal Pedestrian Accident in West Adams Community Results in One Death

A man was hit and killed by at least one vehicle on the Harbor (110) Freeway early on Sunday, October 16, 2022.

The crash occurred around 5:05 a.m. on the Harbor (110) Freeway in Los Angeles’ West Adams neighborhood.

A call was made to the California Highway Patrol reporting that someone was lying in the carpool lane of the southbound freeway at West Adams Boulevard.

The coroner’s office dispatched a representative to the scene at 5:31 a.m.

Local authorities have yet to disclose the victim’s identity.

While the investigation is ongoing, the southbound 110 has been closed at Washington Boulevard, with traffic being detoured to Adams Boulevard.
