[10-16-2022] Fatal Pedestrian Accident in West Adams Community Results in One DeathA man was hit and killed by at least one vehicle on the Harbor (110) Freeway early on Sunday, October 16, 2022.

The crash occurred around 5:05 a.m. on the Harbor (110) Freeway in Los Angeles’ West Adams neighborhood.

A call was made to the California Highway Patrol reporting that someone was lying in the carpool lane of the southbound freeway at West Adams Boulevard.

The coroner’s office dispatched a representative to the scene at 5:31 a.m.

Local authorities have yet to disclose the victim’s identity.

While the investigation is ongoing, the southbound 110 has been closed at Washington Boulevard, with traffic being detoured to Adams Boulevard.
