[10-16-2022] San Diego County, CA – Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on Tierra Del Sol Road Results in One Death

The California Highway Patrol reported a fatality after a two-vehicle crash on Tierra Del Sol Road on Sunday, October 16, 2022.

The crash occurred at 7:47 a.m. on Tierra Del Sol Road close to state Route 94 and the border with Mexico.

A white Hyundai Ioniq and a blue Chevrolet sedan reportedly collided in this accident. According to the CHP, the blue sedan overturned.

The Border Patrol arrived on the scene at 8:17 a.m.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office was notified at 8:30 a.m.

There are no other details available.

Local authorities are still investigating the collision.
