According to the local news, one individual suffered minor injuries, and the other driver reported neck pain after a reported chase of two hit-and-run accidents involving a 21-year-old man. He was apprehended that afternoon on Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
The mishap occurred around 12:50 p.m. on Stockdale Highway west of Ashe Road.
Officers called off their pursuit of the Dodge because of safety concerns after it took off at a high rate of speed.
The suspect attempted to flee before crashing his Dodge into a third vehicle at Ming Avenue and Ashe Road, where he struck two more cars before being apprehended.
According to an official, the suspect was sought for speeding but now faces additional charges.
