[10-30-2022] Sonoma County, CA - A 37-Year-Old Suffered Injuries After a Pedestrian Crash in PetalumaA 37-year-old woman was struck and suffered injuries after a pedestrian crash in Petaluma on Sunday, October 30, 2022.

The crash occurred at around 1:45 a.m. in the lane leading from eastbound Interstate 8 to northbound State Route 163.

A Kia sedan struck the woman as she was crossing a freeway lane.

The woman was examined and transported to a hospital upon the authorities’ arrival and the paramedics’ arrival. Officers reportedly inflicted significant wounds upon her.

The victim’s identity has not been made public.

Despite the collision, the driver of the Kia remained at the scene. They determined they were not impaired by alcohol or drugs following a police investigation.
