Car Accident Statistics
Many people in California lose their lives in collisions involving just one vehicle. Only the injured car will be involved in a single-car accident.
Low visibility, inclement weather, and drunk or fatigued driving contribute to these accidents. Perhaps you veered off the road or ran into something already there.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), accidents involving just one car account for 62% of all traffic fatalities in California.
California drivers must constantly look for potential hazards to avoid getting distracted.
Car accidents can result from a variety of factors. Accidents and runaways are more likely when roads are wet, especially when motorists are traveling quickly or making sharp turns. On the side of the road, hazardous objects like a piece of truck cargo or a downed branch may be visible.
Even if the other driver was negligent, your insurance policy’s provisions might prevent you from receiving compensation in a single-car collision.

It can be emotionally taxing to discuss past hurts and losses during a deposition or trial. For those who have been injured, court appearances can be extremely stressful.

Although bringing a lawsuit over the unjust death of a loved one is never simple, it can be a helpful way to vent. Californians’ driving habits are about to undergo a significant change.
