[11-02-2022] Los Angeles County, CA - Fatal Pedestrian Crash Results One Death in South Los AngelesAn unidentified person died following a fatal pedestrian crash involving a vehicle in South Los Angeles on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.

The fatal crash happened around 11:46 p.m. at the intersection of South Hoover Street and the westbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway.

Authorities discovered the pedestrian lying close to the center divider of the freeway.

Unfortunately, the victim died on the scene.

The sedan’s driver, accused of running over the pedestrian, stayed on the scene.

The officer claimed that the collision resulted in a three-hour freeway closure while the CHP investigated what happened.
