One passenger was severely injured following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 86 Saturday night, November 5, 2022.
According to authorities, the crash happened around 11:15 p.m. in the Salton City region, close to Marina Drive.
Police officers reported that one of the two cars rolled over and ended up in the middle of the road.
Due to severe injuries, one individual was airlifted to the hospital.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
