[11-06-2023] Orange County, CA – Bicyclist Hospitalized Following Hit-And-Run Vehicle Crash in Anaheim

A bicyclist was hospitalized after a hit-and-run vehicle crash in Anaheim early Monday morning, November 6, 2023.

According to the authorities, the collision occurred around 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of South Euclid Street and West Katella Avenue.

Witness reports indicate the victim exited the driveway, swerved, and made a U-turn before being hit by a vehicle. A dashcam footage of another driver also showed the victim was ejected and thrown into the roadway.

The bicyclist sustained moderate injuries and was shortly transported to a local hospital. The suspected driver fled without rendering aid.
