[11-09-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Carjacker Slams into Multiple Vehicles During Car Chase in Los Angeles

A car chase involving a carjacker resulted in a multi-vehicle collision on Gale Avenue Wednesday, November 9, 2022.

According to authorities, the collision occurred in the afternoon, and the pursuit eventually stopped at Hacienda Heights on Gale Avenue.

Police officers stated that after jumping out of his car and boarding a white van, the driver led them on a dangerous chase through two counties.

The driver then sped away from that car, robbed a truck, and continued to the La Mirada region, sometimes driving on the wrong road.

He also collided with several uninvolved motorists on the highway.

As a result, three people were hospitalized after sustaining crash-related injuries.

Meanwhile, the suspect sustained a wrist injury.

The suspect was eventually arrested by authorities and held without bail.
