A two-vehicle crash injured one person near Twentynine Palms Saturday afternoon, November 26, 2022.

Authorities stated that the crash transpired around 4:20 p.m. near Twentynine Palms Highway and Montoya Road intersection.

According to reports, a Tesla car on autopilot was sideswiped by another vehicle.

As a result, both cars veered off the road and into the open desert.

Paramedics arrived at the scene and gave medical assistance to the victims involved in the collision.

One victim was transported to High Desert Medical Center in stable condition.
