[11-28-2022] Orange County. CA – Vehicle Struck and Killed One Pedestrian in Garden Grove

One pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle in Garden Grove on Monday evening, November 28, 2022.

Authorities reported that the crash occurred around 6:50 p.m. near Chapman Avenue and Medina Drive.

Reports state that the pedestrian was crossing in the middle of the Chapman junction when he was struck by a westbound vehicle that failed to see him.

Police officers arrived at the scene and discovered the victim lying on the road.

The victim succumbed to her injuries despite paramedics’ attempts to save her life.

The collision is not believed to have been caused by alcohol or drugs.

Authorities are still investigating the fatal crash.
