[12-04-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Hit-And-Run Driver Struck and Killed One Man in Long Beach

One man was killed after a hit-and-run driver struck him in Long Beach early Sunday morning, December 4, 2022.

According to authorities, the deadly crash occurred around 1:00 a.m. near Second Street and Marina Drive.

Reports state that the vehicle was traveling eastbound as it crossed the bridge from Appian Way when it collided with a man who was crossing northbound outside a legal crosswalk.

Before officers arrived, the vehicle had already fled the scene.
