[12-10-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – Two People Hospitalized After Deceased Wrong-way Driver Causes Collision in Baldwin Hills

Two people were hospitalized after a collision caused by a deceased wrong-way driver in Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles, late Sunday evening, December 10, 2023.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the fatal collision happened around 11:22 p.m. between La Cienega Boulevard and Obama Boulevard.

A wrong-way driver was reportedly traveling southbound along the northbound lanes of La Cienega for unknown reasons before colliding with two other vehicles.

A male and female occupant sustained unknown injuries and were taken to a local hospital along with the wrong-way driver, who was later declared dead.

The authorities have not released further information about the cause of the fatal collision or the identities of the victims.
