[12-22-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Two-Vehicle Collision in Griffith Park Kills One Person

One person was killed following a two-vehicle collision in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon, December 22, 2022.

The Los Angeles Fire Department said the fatal crash occurred around 12:50 p.m. in the 6300 block of West Forest Lawn Drive in the Griffith Park area.

The paramedics arrived on the scene and declared one person dead on the spot. Another individual was assessed for potential injuries at the site. Their identities have not been released.

It is unclear at the moment how the collision occurred, how many people were involved, and the extent of the injuries.

The investigation by the authorities into the circumstances leading to the crash was ongoing.
