Los Angeles County Car Accident Lawyers
In cases where only two cars were involved, prosecuting the drivers is a simple matter. Collisions involving several vehicles are more complicated to resolve.
Trying to figure out who or what is at fault is more difficult. Two or more cars colliding could have caused serious injuries to bystanders.
If it is not clear who caused a multiple-vehicle collision, relying on an insurance company could be a mistake. You shouldn’t expect an insurance company to quickly settle your claim because they care more about their bottom line.
