[08-17-2022] Shasta County, CA – Backed Up Traffic Following a Two-Vehicle Crash on Hilltop Drive

A collision involving two vehicles caused traffic to back up on Hilltop Drive in Redding on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

The collision happened on Wednesday afternoon close to the westbound Highway 44 offramp.

According to the Redding Police Department, the accident on Hilltop was only a minor collision.

There were no injuries reported.

A tow truck and the Redding Police Department are on the scene.

The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
