The authorities are seeking assistance in order to identify the owner of the dog that bit a 65-year-old man in Glenn County on Thursday, October 6, 2022.
The incident occurred on Thursday near Walker Street in Orland.
According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office, the man was walking near Walker Street when he was bit by an unidentified dog after stopping petting it.
The owner was reportedly present, according to the deputies, but the man was unable to obtain information.
The dog was described as a pit bull that is black and white.
