[10-17-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – At Least One Person Killed in Vehicle Crash in Angeles National Forest

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, at least one person died in a crash in the Angeles National Forest Tuesday, October 17, 2022

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the crash transpired at 9:58 a.m. near Mile Marker 34.

The vehicle went off the road and crashed approximately 600 feet over the side of Angeles Crest Highway in the Angeles National Forest.

The identities of the victims and the total number of those who perished in the collision were not immediately available.

According to the fire department reports, there were no other reported injuries at the scene.

The events leading up to the collision were the subject of an ongoing investigation.
