The crash transpired around 11:30 p.m. on Palm Avenue close to Fountain Way.
Following a report of an injured man lying on the road, Fresno Police arrived at the scene.
When the police arrived, they discovered he had been hit by a car while on his bicycle.
The cyclist’s condition was critical when he was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
