According to the California Highway Patrol, an unidentified pedestrian was injured after a collision with a vehicle outside the Frito Lay Plant west of Bakersfield Wednesday night, October 26, 2022.
According to CHP, the collision transpired just after 10:30 p.m. on Rosedale Highway at Judd Road.
It was reported that a pedestrian had fallen in the roadway, so the westbound lanes were blocked so that emergency personnel could access the scene.
It was not immediately clear how severe the pedestrian injuries were.
The investigation into the collision is still ongoing.
