According to the local news, a box truck carrying furniture and another car were both struck by the driver of a stolen vehicle in Kingsburg on Monday, October 31, 2022.
The crash transpired around the morning of Monday while the authorities attempted to apprehend the stolen car’s driver and gave chase northbound on Highway 99 and Bethel Avenue.
According to the authorities, the box truck overturned and came to rest on its side.
The driver was detained, but the other three fled through an orchard nearby.
Police discovered a gun inside the stolen vehicle.
For almost two hours, traffic was backed up while the box truck was turned back over and towed away.
